• These terms and conditions govern the use of the website fly-manchester.co.uk and apply to all transactions concluded through the platform.
• By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use the website or proceed with a booking.

Fly-Manchester.co.uk provides an intermediary service.
We do not operate or manage any airport fast track service. Our role is to:

• collect booking details on your behalf,
• process the payment,
• and transmit your reservation to the official provider of the Fast Track Security Lane at Manchester Airport.

We do not have operational responsibility for:

• security queues,
• airport infrastructure,
• or any on-site service execution.

To place an order, you must complete all required fields during checkout:

• full name (as in passport),
• valid email address,
• contact phone number,
• and payment details.

Please ensure all information is accurate. Errors in name spelling or time selection may result in denied access, for which we are not responsible.

Once payment is completed, you will receive:

• a confirmation email,
• and the digital ticket (or instructions to access it).

It is your responsibility to verify the details. If anything is incorrect, you must contact us immediately.

All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

Payment can be made via:

• PayPal,
• other secure payment providers as offered on the website.

Your booking is only final once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by us.

Your order includes:

• timed access to the Express Lane at Manchester Airport security,
• for the number of persons indicated in the order,
• within the date and time window selected.

• The Express Lane does not guarantee immediate passage or flight success.
• Delays or closures may occur due to airport capacity or security protocols.
• Access may be denied if:
  • you arrive outside of the booked time slot,
  • you fail to present valid identification,
  • or your behavior violates airport rules.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), services relating to leisure activities with a specific date and time are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, your booking is final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

If the Fast Track service is cancelled by the airport or provider, we will refund you the full amount or offer an alternative, at your discretion.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• The information provided is accurate and complete.
• You understand the nature and limits of our intermediary service.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Graafpack B.V. shall not be liable for:
  • missed flights, delays, or losses,
  • denied access to the Fast Track lane,
  • or dissatisfaction with the service delivered by the airport.
• In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

We aim to respond within 48 business hours.

Please provide:

• your booking number,
• date and time of your order,
• and a description of the issue.

We treat your data with the utmost care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Midden-Nederland, The Netherlands.

Graafpack B.V. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

The version applicable to your booking is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
